    • Agentic operating system run as multi-tenant infrastructure. Two clients in production, onboarded remotely.
    • Telegram and iMessage ingress, about 5 seconds from text to executed action, 7 scheduled agents across two machines.
    • Per-client Docker isolation, default-deny allowlists on every ingress, layered watchdogs written after a real incident.
    • 250 tests in the core suite, plus per-component suites.

  2. Anaphora

    • Raw creator footage in, platform-ready ad variants out. Judged matching, render lint, automated quality gates, delivery only on human approval.
    • Live with a paying client. Cut that client's editing time to about 10 minutes, down from several hours.
